1. Registration & Authentication Onboarding

Creating your custody vault account is free and instantaneous. Simply navigate to the account creation form by clicking "Create Account".

Steps for Account Onboarding:

Fill out the signup form with your full legal name, active email ID, and phone number.
Select your Investor Type: General (limits access to 22K hallmark Gold/Silver) or Professional (full access to 24K and 22K bullions).
Validate your email through the secure email verification link sent automatically.
Enable "Auto-Redirect to Mobile UI" preferences inside your Profile section if you regularly manage custody via cellular screens.

2. Profile & KYC Identity Verification Hub

To comply with financial regulations and secure Peer-to-Peer Gold & Silver trading, all users undergo KYC identity checks before cash withdrawals or market selling.

KYC Verification Steps:

Open the Verification Hub from your dashboard sidebar.
Complete email verification and phone OTP simulation.
Upload clear photographs of the front and back of your National Identification Card (NID) or Passport.
Our support moderators audit submitted details. Status changes from "Unverified" to "Completed" dynamically.

3. Cash Deposits & Funding Details

Before acquiring gold/silver or saving via DPS, you must fund your Cash Advance Wallet BDT balance.

How to Fund Your Cash Wallet:

Click "Deposit Cash" or open Deposit Hub and click "New Deposit".
Select from available secure bank accounts listed under corporate funding methods.
Execute your deposit via your regular online bank portal, mobile banking (Bkash, Nagad), or over-the-counter deposit.
Capture your transfer receipt slip, fill in the amount details in the form, and upload the image slip.
Admins verify receipt mappings. Your BDT Cash Wallet updates immediately upon approval.

4. Buying & Selling Custody Gold/Silver Weight

Digital Gold/Silver acquisition represents direct ownership of physical bullion. Conversion occurs instantaneously matching current spot rates.

Vault Purchase & Liquid Sale Flow:

Navigate to "Buy Gold/Silver" and enter desired purchase weight (in grams) or target BDT cash expenditure.
Confirm buyback spreads. Cash advance balance gets deducted, allocating Gold/Silver weight to your Vault Reserves.
To liquidate, use "Instant Sell" to sell weight directly to AmarGold buyback reserves, receiving instant BDT cash balance payouts.

5. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Marketplace Trading

Avoid institutional dealer spreads by trading Gold/Silver directly with other members on the marketplace.

How to Execute P2P Deals:

Sellers lock custody Gold/Silver weight to publish custom price listings on the marketplace board.
Buyers initiate trades. Escrow locks the Gold/Silver amount, launching a private Trade Room.
Buyers and Sellers message directly inside the chat. The buyer sends BDT cash outside the platform to the seller's payment details.
The buyer clicks "Mark as Paid". Once the seller verifies BDT receipt, the seller releases the locked Gold/Silver. Escrow transfers Gold/Silver weight to the buyer instantly.

6. DPS Savings Schemes Onboarding

Systematically save and invest in gold by initiating recurring monthly savings schemes.

Savings Operations:

Initiate a new scheme: select Gold 22K, duration (6, 12, 24, or 36 months), and monthly target weight (e.g. 1g, 5g).
Pay monthly installments using your Cash Wallet BDT balance or uploading bank deposit receipts.
Track installment dates. Once all months complete, mature the DPS to credit cumulative gold weight directly into your active Vault Reserves.
